Reopening the Studio after the 2020 C-19 Lockdown

Well its been a very strange year so far! After closing the studio down at the end of 2019 for our new studio build we enjoyed around 11 weeks of brilliant trade and work before the Covid Pandemic hit and bookings started to cancel and reschedule before the whole country and half the planet went into lockdown.

We’ve all experience something never before seen in our lifetimes and a shift in society that has thrown some pretty big questions and indeed uncertainties to us all. From global lockdown protests to the revolutionary momentum of the global BLT movements these are uncertain times we live in.

Opening the studio and returning to some normality is something all of us at the Fresh Academy and CCC are looking forward to, like many of us in the UK we too miss our normal routines and the day to day human interactions that we as a society crave and gravitate to.

Now that the lockdown has partially lifted and we are allowed to return to work we have a few things to go through with our clients with regards to the steps with have taken to keep us all safe whilst shooting.

Here’s a few steps we have taken:

1) Regular cleaning and anti bac intervals in all public areas of the building.

2) Anyone entering the building will have they’re temperature taken at the door (contactless), if you r temperature is higher than the acceptable range then we ask that you reschedule your appointment, your deposit will not be lost. To be clear we will not admit anyone into the building if they’re temperature is above the safe range.

3) We have extended all shooting times to allow for only one shoot in the studio and one in a separate waiting room. This means clients should not come into contact with one another at all and waiting rooms will be anti bac cleaned between swap overs. If you arrive early or we already have two sets of clients in the building we ask that you please wait in the car until the previous client has left, although unlikely this allows us to ensure cross contamination remains are unlikely as possible.

4) If you need to cancel if you have C-19 symptoms then you will not lose your deposit and we will gladly roll it over to your rescheduled appointment.

5) All staff frequently wash they’re hands and use our anti bac stations.

6) Automatic Antibacterial dispensers are located at the front doors please use them before entering the building.

7) All props and accessories are cleaned regularly using anti bacterial spray and wipes.
